Our Process

Sketchpad Sit-Down
Christopher LaMond visits your home to discuss how you use your outdoor space, your long-term vision, and how LaMond Design can enhance your outdoor living experience.
Concept Design Phase
We combine our expertise with your preferences to create 3–4 design concepts, each highlighting elements discussed for your space. You may select one concept or combine elements to guide the final design.
Final Design
We produce a cohesive, detailed drawing that captures your vision. A comprehensive cost estimate accompanies the final design. Design fees reflect the project scope but are fully credited toward installation.

Once the design is finalized, we transition seamlessly into construction. Our skilled craftsmen bring your landscape to life, delivering the highest standards in landscape construction.
